No Meds!!!

I'm like the only person with fibro that doesn't take any prescribed/ over the counter medication.

I stopped taking any type of medication for the past 2/3 months

It has definitely been hard to deal with the pain
but i can honestly say that I can manage it better with out any type of medication
I'm proud of myself!
